Janine Gillot has touched the lives of many at Reagan Elementary. This year will be her last as a Reagan mom. During her time there, she has performed almost every volunteer role at the campus.

“Janine’s year-after-year selfless dedication to our community is both breathtaking and unmistakably impactful,” said Principal Steve Crawford. “She left her mark on this school and community. We are all the better because of her.”

Some of Gillot’s many volunteer jobs include: managing the Reagan garden, Jog-A-Thon committee, Carnival committee, Silent Auction committee, Yearbook, Spirit Sticks, PTA officer, International Fair founder and committee chair, office helper, Wednesday Folders, Social Committee, and the list goes on and on.

Because of her unwavering commitment in going the extra mile in service to students, Leander ISD recognizes this remarkable individual as Volunteer of the Week.
