Art Teacher Vickie Wray at Faubion Elementary School is the Leander ISD Staff Spotlight of the Week!
Parent Anne Bloodgood said that Wray not only brings incredible art to the students at Faubion, but she also supervises arrival and dismissal of the student walkers and bikers. She knows every parent, grandparent, sibling and pup, and is watchful and caring.
“Vickie Wray has been there to help kids pick up their bikes, help a student who took a tumble on rocks, radio for the right person to help a little one transition from home to class that day and to deliver a box of snacks,” Bloodgood said. “She has a heart of service and compassion.”
