Second Grader King Boyd at Giddens Elementary School is the Leander ISD Super Kid of the Week!
Speech Language Pathologist Madilyne Logan said that King is taking the steps to achieve his goals on his journey in the pursuit of excellence. He enters each day with a smile and a warm, βHello.β
βKing holds himself accountable to expectations in my room and encourages his peers to do the same,β Logan said. βRun fast and keep βmaking some dust,β my dude! Proud of you!β
King aspires to run track one day like his older sister and beat her state record. In his own words, βIt may be hard sometimes, but I just have to keep practicing!β
