Eighth Grader Lexi Augustine from Canyon Ridge Middle School is the Leander ISD Student-Athlete of the Week.
Lexi is planning to participate in all five sports this year. She has already participated in cross country, volleyball and basketball for the Lady Eagles and has her sights set on running track and playing soccer this spring.
“Lexi Augustine is a fantastic athlete and a true standout in Canyon Ridge 8th grade girls athletics,” Canyon Ridge MS Girls Athletic Coordinator Brenda Edward, said. “Lexi is a strong leader and always a team player.”
Lexi is also on the A/B Honor Roll and a member of FCA.
