Teacher Stephanie Koteras at Rutledge Elementary School is the Leander ISD Staff Spotlight of the Week.
Koteras is always quick to affirm and tell her students how awesome they are. She addresses concerns quickly and is always enthusiastic about her job.
The parent of a student in Koteras’s third grade classroom says that Koteras is very good with her daughter, who can be shy and hard on herself.
“Ms. Koteras has a big heart, and I think that is very needed these days. She notices even the little things about the class and the students,” the parent shared. “She’s always friendly and smiling, even when she’s had a tough day in the classroom.”
