#1LISD Super Kid Brosie Denton makes every day the most wonderful time of the year!
Brosie attends Block House Creek Elementary where his concern for others seeps into his actions and choices. During the holiday season, the third-grader took it upon himself to shop for a classmate. This particular student has disabilities, yet Brosie has become genuinely interested in knowing him. He learned the student enjoys the Frozen movie and other various passions. This unique friendship means something special to Brosie. To top it off, he enjoys finding new ways to make him laugh.
“What a top-notch human being!” BHC Elementary Third-Grade Teacher Brianne Kline said. “Brosie is always on the lookout for ways to help someone in need. Led by thoughtfulness and compassion, he shows respect for all students on campus, celebrating the diversity of those around him.”
