Due to weather-related school closures school in February, we have revised the academic calendar to make up time lost.
Leander ISD schools will operate on Monday, April 18, the district’s designated bad weather make-up day. In addition, we are converting the last two Early Release Wednesdays of the year to regular school days. The changes to May 11 & 18, 2022 will help maintain compliance with state-required instructional minutes. During the February 24 meeting, LISD Board of Trustees approved the changes.
A winter storm forced the cancellation of classes on February 3 & 4.
