Eighth Grader Evangeline Hardie from Running Brushy Middle School is the Leander ISD Fine Arts Student of the Week!
Evangeline has been involved in the RBMS theatre company since sixth grade. She is currently a member of Advanced Theatre and has a leading role in the upcoming One-Act Play.
According to Theatre Director Maggie Strain, Evangeline is a model company member, fully committing to any role she’s served. She exhibits dedication whether she’s performing as an understudy, working as props crew or preparing for her leading role.
“Evangeline is an exceptionally kind student and completes any task with a tremendous amount of dedication,” Strain said. “No matter what role she plays, she does it with her whole heart. She is one of the most reliable and positive students in our company.”
When Evangeline isn’t spending time in theatre, she can be seen twirling flags with the RBMS Color Guard.
