LISD is proud to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week from May 5-9, a special time dedicated to honoring the incredible educators who inspire, shape and support the future of every student across the district.
In Leander ISD, we have thousands of highly skilled and specialized educators, from the teachers who guide our kindergarten classrooms to our Career and Technical Education instructors to our Advanced Placement instructors and band directors, and every teacher in between.
Students, parents, and community members are encouraged to participate by sharing messages of thanks on social media, sending notes of appreciation, or simply taking a moment to recognize the impact teachers make each day.
To all Leander ISD teachers: thank you for your hard work, your compassion, and your unwavering belief in every student’s potential. This week—and every week—we celebrate you.
