Leander ISD would like to congratulate Rouse High School’s Madelynn Moore for being named LISD Fine Arts Students of the Week.
Madelynn, a junior oboist and drum major in the RHS band, is also an active member of the Rouse Band Leadership teams.
In 2017, Madelynn was named a member of the Region 32 All Region Band and qualified for the TMEA Area Band on oboe. She spends her free time teaching with her family in their family-owned dance studio and is also is an accomplished pianist.
Madelynn, an avid Star Wars fan, plans to study music after high school in either in music education or oboe performance.
