Leander ISD Career and Technical Education (CTE) Student of the Week Ainsley Shields takes healthcare so seriously, she wants you to know more about it!
Ainsley goes to Cedar Park High School set to graduate in spring 2021. Currently, she’s serving as Vice President 1 of CPHS’ Health Occupation Students of America. HOSA encourages students to become emerging leaders in the healthcare industry through events and competition.
Embracing her gifts in leadership, Ainsley proactively is setting up a feature called “HOSA Minute” with CPHS’ broadcast news program Wolfcast. The information would help educate Cedar Park HS and beyond about important health issues.
“Ainsley is a motivator for her classmates and HOSA members,” HOSA advisor Tami Beall said. “Her dedication shines through her education and HOSA. She contributes to making virtual meetings interactive.”
We’re diagnosing Ainsley with chronic gains, making her this week’s LISD CTE Student of the Week!
