Our Leander ISD Volunteer of the Week Stephani Bercu is on a mission to make Running Brushy Middle School the best place to learn.
Stephani leads RBMS PTA as its president. Practically the embodiment of service, she has resurrected the importance and relevance of the organization at her campus. She works tirelessly to ensure the PTA is supporting students, parents, and staff. RBMS principal Jim Rose believes Stephani makes the entire organization better because of her leadership.
“Like many of our fantastic volunteers, she believes in and models ‘doing right and good by all,’” Rose said. “[You can see it] not only in our RBMS community, but in the greater Cedar Park and Leander communities as well.”
Stephani levels up with high schoolers too, where her care and thoughtfulness helps her chair Leander High School’s Parent Teacher Student Association.
