Super School Visits
Reagan Elementary
What does it mean to be a Reagan Ray? It’s taking exceptional care of each and every student. Principal Marianne Norman explains to LISD Board President Trish Bode the gains made through investing in student success and wellbeing.
New and Current Student Registration for 2021-22 is Now Open!
To provide accurate staffing, classrooms, and resources for our students, we are asking our families to register earlier than usual this year, and we need your help! It only takes a few minutes to complete, so please sign your students up today!
We also need help spreading the word with your friends and neighbors, as you are our greatest advocates! Please share the news in passing, playing at the park, on social media, HOA meetings, and newsletters — in any way you can think of to make sure we have what we need for each of our kids next year. Thank you for your help with this endeavor!

Grading Period Update for Secondary Students
Due to the recent winter ice storms and lost instruction days, the end of the 5th six-week grading period was extended to this Friday, April 9.
At the April 8 school board meeting, the Board of Trustees are scheduled to vote on waivers to allow us to end the school year on schedule without adding make-up days.

Elementary and Secondary Virtual Job Fairs
Leander ISD Virtual Job Fair for elementary and secondary teaching positions will be held on April 21 and April 28.
Equity and Diversity
With 10 Equity and Diversity Listening Sessions in the books, we’ve learned a lot about how the district can move forward in creating a welcoming, inclusive education for every student. LISD’s Equity and Diversity Advisory Committee will analyze the feedback from these important community conversations to share with the Board of Trustees at an upcoming Board meeting.
A profound and genuine “thank you” to each and every parent, teacher, staff member and community member who took time out of their busy schedule to be a part of this effort.
Show Your Appreciation with the LEEF Staff Recognition Campaign
It’s time to celebrate and encourage Leander ISD staff with LEEF’s Staff Recognition Campaign! Let the LEEF team deliver a custom certificate and message plus a sweet treat from you! Recognize someone today!
Technology Survey
For less than 15 minutes of your time, you have the opportunity to anonymously give feedback on technology access and use on your campus. Parents, students, teachers, and administrators are welcome to participate. Click here for more information on the Technology Survey.

Bad Weather Make-Up Day
April 12 will be a regular school day to make up for the snow day on Jan. 11. Students need the minutes and staff contracts require employees to make up the time, therefore, we will use the bad weather makeup day allocated in our calendar. For our secondary students, this will be an A day.
