Kaila Schey at Larkspur Elementary School is the Leander ISD Super Kid of the Week!
Kaila is one of Art Teacher Kellie Bruce’s fifth grade morning helpers. According to Bruce, Kaila consistently shows up ready and willing to help others during Zero Hour time.
“Kaila is beyond patient as she helps kids locate supplies and clean up their space,” Bruce said. “She is also wonderful at helping kiddos when they get frustrated making bracelets or using sewing cards.”
Lindsey Corley, Kaila’s homeroom teacher, added, “Kaila always shows integrity by doing the right thing even when no one is watching.”
Kaila loves singing, dancing and working on crafts.
