Leander ISD is proud to announce Canyon Ridge Middle School’s Evan Ragsdale as the Leander ISD Student-Athlete of the Week.
Evan is an eighth-grade standout on the Eagle football, basketball, and track & field teams. In addition to his time in athletics, Evan is also a member of the Canyon Ridge varsity choir.
“Evan is an exceptionally talented athlete who embodies the Canyon Ridge Middle School Athletic hallmarks of team, discipline, and winning,” Boys Athletic Coordinator Seth Simmons said. “He is a great teammate and friend with outstanding character. He leads not only with his voice, but with his actions.”
