Leander ISD is proud to announce Leander High School’s Daniel Guerrero as the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Student of the Week. Daniel is a senior in the Air Force Junior ROTC program.
Cadet Guerrero serves as the Fall 2019 Cadet Corps Commander, leading the Color Guard and the LHS flag detail. He has also served as a flight commander and operations noncommissioned officer in charge. Daniel is working to boost freshman participation in the Corps and to reinvigorate its drill, rocketry and fitness teams.
“Daniel is a great leader who is dedicated to his fellow cadets,” said program director Jeff Moffitt. “It has been a pleasure watching him grow into his leadership roles.”
