✅ Go vote! Tuesday, Nov. 3 is Election Day. The polls will be open from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Find the polling locations for Williamson County and Travis County.

✍️ LISD 2037 – Picture Leander ISD in 2037. What do you see? What do you want to see? Take our 5-minute LISD 2037 survey by Friday, Nov. 6. Your response will help us set priorities that will guide future decisions across the district.

South Performing Arts Center (PAC) Grand Reopening
The South PAC at CPHS is having its grand reopening celebration on Nov. 18. We’re inviting the community out to join us in this celebration! There will be student performances, a ribbon cutting and optional tours afterward.

Trunk or Treat with LISD PD 
Our police department celebrated spooky season across the community at various elementary and high school Trunk or Treat festivities.

Williamson County’s Election Sticker Contest
Congratulations to Rouse High School and Naumann Elementary School, whose student designs placed among the top three in the high school and elementary divisions!

Travis County I Voted Sticker Contest
Congratulations to River Place Elementary fourth grader Hudson for submitting one of the winning designs in Travis County’s I Voted sticker contest. Hudson’s design is available to voters on Election Day at River Place Elementary School.

College Board National Recognition Program Awards 
We’re proud to celebrate the 1,000+ Leander ISD students who earned academic honors through the College Board National Recognition Program. To be eligible, 10th- and 11th-grade students must earn a cumulative GPA of B+ or higher and either score 3 or above on two or more AP Exams by the end of 10th grade. Students also qualify if they’re one of the top 10% of test takers—in their high school, among first-generation college students in their state, and/or among rural and small-town students in their state.

Perfect SAT and ACT Scores in LISD 
We want to shine a light on two LISD students who earned perfect scores this year. Congratulations to Srinivas Naga at Rouse High School for a perfect SAT score and to Sonia Grogono at Vista Ridge High School for a perfect ACT score! What an amazing accomplishment!
