Leander ISD congratulates Cedar Park High School senior Faith Elliot for being named the LISD Fine Arts Student of the Week. The standout photographer started #Projectfriendship – a drive to make friendship bracelets for school children before she travels back to Rwanda next month. Her photographs from Rwanda last year won the PTA Reflections contest, the Scholastic Art and Writing Award, and earned her AP/college credit!
“Faith is a remarkable young woman, a true global citizen,” said CPHS Art and Photography teacher Tiffany Asha. “She is dedicated to the betterment of humanity, and using her art to help others.”
