A coach on and off the field, we’re getting a kick out of Breland Mungia, this week’s Leander ISD Student-Athlete of the Week!
Breland goes to Cedar Park High School. For all four years of high school, the senior Timberwolf has lettered in Varsity Soccer. Her leadership emerges as this year’s team captain. Not only does Breland’s hard work pay off on the field, but also in the classroom. Breland has maintained straight A’s year after year. Equally important, she serves as a member of the National Honor Society and Young Life.
“Breland has guided our team both on and off the field with her strong leadership, quality play and ability to care for others,” Cedar Park HS head girls soccer coach Brian Pollard said. “Breland is every coach’s dream. She works hard daily in the classroom and on the field, always giving 100%.”
Congratulations to LISD Student-Athlete of the Week Breland Mungia for her willingness to do anything for the benefit of others!
