Low Incidence Disabilities Specialist Kelli Bayless is the Leander ISD Staff Spotlight of the Week!
Senior Coordinator for Low Incidence Disabilities (LID) Lisa Robertson said that campus teams are more at ease when they know Kelli is supporting the guidance or decisions on instructional recommendations because of the level of trust she has built with them. The team appreciates her dedication and professionalism.
“Kelli takes pride in a job well done. It is important for her that our teachers feel supported. She coaches and empowers LID teachers so they have the confidence and tools needed for all the unique individuals they serve,” Robertson said. “Kelli digs into what is needed in our classrooms and helps put systems into place. She jumps right in every time. We are fortunate that Kelli calls LISD home!”
