Fifth grader Hadley Kalenak from Giddens Elementary is the Leander ISD Fine Arts Student of the Week.
Hadley played a huge creative role in the fifth grade musical production of “The Grinch.” In addition to singing several solos and learning all her dialogue, she also contributed to choreography ideas for the music numbers.
“Hadley is a hardworking student and has a positive attitude in everything she does,” Performing Arts Teacher Kayla Juarez said. “She demonstrates leadership and a natural ability to work well with others.”
