Junior Phoebe Huang at Rouse High School is the Leander ISD Career and Technical Education (CTE) Student of the Week!
Phoebe is a student in the entrepreneurship program at Rouse. According to her teacher, Scott Hayes, she has maintained a 100 average on her coursework and always submits her work on time. She has also assisted a student in her group that has a disability and is easily discouraged – Phoebe helps to keep the student on task with positive encouragement.
“Phoebe has a great attitude and is very attentive in class,” Hayes said “She is a pleasure to have in class and I look forward to seeing what she will set her goals on in the future.”
