Student-athletes from Rouse High School and Vandegrift High School competed in the first bracket of the 2022-2023 Tennis State Championships April 25 at the Northside ISD Tennis Center in Helotes, TX.
Rouse’s Shannon Barton and Lucas Alden competed in the 5A Mixed Doubles Quarterfinals match. Vandegrift’s Lauren Tin and Claire Logeman competed in the 6A Girls Doubles Quarterfinals match.
Although neither team won their match, they both put forth incredible performances on the court.
