Our very own Lone Star Company Navy Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (NJROTC), will be participating in the Annual Military Inspection Wednesday, Oct. 20, from 7:45 a.m. until 3:45 p.m. at Vista Ridge High School. This open-to-the-public event is the representation of months of commitment and preparation and is crucial in determining their ranking within the state of Texas.

The Area 10 manager, Commander Hale, will be inspecting their unit at Vista Ridge. The event will include:

  • personal inspections of each cadet, supply and administration officers,
  • platoon drill,
  • exhibition routines from each of their drill teams, and
  • seniors who earned roles in their cadet Chain of Command will be giving briefings about what they have learned and plan to use from their time in ROTC in their future careers.
