In 2024β2025, we cannot wait to see the ways students continue to take ownership of their learning and connect with their passions.

This school year, weβre focusing on the Power of our Past in #1LISD and how the strong foundation laid before us had empowered this generation of educators and learners β the ones in our buildings right now β to be the Force of the Future.

LEEF Awards Over $140,000 to LISD Educators
The Leander Educational Excellence Foundation kicked off the 2024-25 school year by awarding 36 grants totaling more than $140,000 to teachers and staff across Leander ISD’s 50 campuses and departments! Grant winners were announced and awarded Aug. 8 at Convocation, LISD’s back-to-school kickoff event for all district staff.

La FundaciΓ³n de Excelencia Educativa de Leander iniciΓ³ el aΓ±o escolar 2024-25 otorgando 36 becas por un total de mΓ‘s de $140,000 a maestros y personal de las 50 escuelas y departamentos de Leander ISD. Los ganadores de las becas fueron anunciados y otorgados el 8 de agosto en la Convocatoria, el evento de inicio de regreso a clases de LISD para todo el personal del distrito.
