First Grader Jules Langley at Plain Elementary School is the Leander ISD Super Kid of the Week!
According to her teacher, Tiffany Romney, Jules exemplifies the LISD ethical principal of concern for others. She is the first one to jump up and help anyone in need. Whether it is a classmate who is struggling with an assignment, another student who is hurt at recess or even a teacher who is having a hard day, Jules is quick to ask how she can help and to offer a friendly hand. Jules also demonstrates a pursuit of excellence and does her very best on all of her classwork.
“Jules’s concern for others is inspiring and we can see the ripple effect of her actions in class!” Romney said. “I do not hear her complain about anything and she often is found encouraging others to do their best work, too. She is constantly looking for ways to improve and takes her learning to heart.”
Jules enjoys flag football, basketball, cheerleading, drawing, making jewelry, ostriches and Taylor Swift.
