Leander ISD joins several other area school districts each year to host the Destination… Life Transition Conference. This event is designed to help Central Texas families prepare and support their student(s) with disabilities for life beyond high school.
The Transition Conference will include job training resources, vendors, speaker sessions, inclusive post-secondary independent living options, community agencies and organizations and more.
