Little hands. Big heart! LISD Super Kid Chloe Browder exudes concern for others in the most creative ways through remote learning!

Back when students gathered in a classroom, the Winkley Elementary kindergartner had a unique way of making every student feel welcomed, appreciated, and taken care of. With school buildings closed, virtual connection hasn’t stopped her! Chloe leaves video responses using FlipGrid, encouraging the class. She has written notes and created drawings, letting others know that she is thinking about them. Chloe, then, shares them in her Zoom meetings.

“Chloe is consistently setting a great example for her classmates and encourages others to always do the right thing,” Winkley Elementary kindergarten teacher Krystal Petty said. “She continues to treat her classmates with kindness and respect, even from a distance.”

Despite the challenges of our littlest students with their minute attention spans and need for parental involvement, Petty said Chloe has handled these challenging times with grace. She has used every platform provided to help further her learning. Organized and resourceful, Chloe checks out the online library to research topics and engage in her own learning, neatly keeping a notebook that demonstrates what she’s accomplished!

For her firm foundation of learning and loving, We’re so proud of our LISD Super Kid Chloe Browder!
