We will be hosting a free vaccination booster clinic (Moderna, Pfizer) Monday, Jan. 17 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. If it’s been six months since your vaccination and you are 12 years of age or older, please sign up by clicking here. We will be hosting the clinic at our North Transportation Center, 2332 Sage Ranch Drive in Leander.
After scheduling your appointment please download and print your consent form. Please bring the consent form, your insurance cards, and CDC vaccination cards from your previous dose(s). If you do not have a vaccination card, a picture will suffice so that we can verify the timing and manufacturer of your last dose.and manufacturer of your last dose.
