Leander ISD is proud to salute the FFA teams from Vandegrift and Vista Ridge high schools after a standout performance at Nationals in Indianapolis this month.
The Vandegrift FFA vet FFA veterinary medicine team finished eighth in the country, with Madeleine Rawlings and Zach Roush winning gold medals. Lauren and Camille each took home a silver.
Vista Ridge FFA took a pair of teams to Nationals, with the Marketing Plan team and Ag Sales posting strong showings. Macy Fetchel was 8th-high individual.
