Leander ISD is proud to announce Cedar Park High School’s Meghan Krish as the LISD Fine Arts Student of the Week.
A 2018 TMEA All-State Choir honoree, Meghan was in CPHS main stage productions of Cabaret and Funny Girl. She is in an advanced theatre class and both varsity mixed/women’s choir and Seasons, a select small ensemble. She played Moana in the choir’s small-scale production of Princess Tea and has been involved in vocal competitions at UIL solo and Ensemble, Texas Ren Fest madrigal and Baylor’s Schmidt Vocal competition.
“Meghan is very passionate about all things music and has spent the past four years expanding her knowledge in the realm of vocal performance and musical theatre,” said CPHS Choir Director Lisa Holt. “There’s no question she will continue to excel in music and theatre as a vocal performance major in the fall of 2018.”
