Leander ISD is proud to name Leander High School senior Misty Valencia as our Fine Arts Student of the Week.
A four-year officer on the LHS Choir Council, Misty balances academics, cosmetology, work and choir with success. She strives for personal growth through self-reflection and hard work, regularly volunteering for choir events and in her community
“Misty’s leadership and joyful spirit will be missed next year,” said LHS Assistant Choir Director Chrissy Williams. “She is attending college in the fall, but has promised to return for the annual singing of ‘Seasons of Love.'”
