Junior Isabella Leandro at Vista Ridge High School is the Leander ISD Career and Technical Education Student of the Week.
Isabella is in her second year of the Interior Design program at VRHS. Last year, she was part of a small team of students that assisted the VRHS Counseling staff in the redesign of the counseling lobby area. This year, Isabella hopes to compete in the Interior Design competition at FCCLA regionals.
“Isabella takes great pride in each of her design projects,” Family and Consumer Sciences Teacher Stacy Eberwine said. “She pays close attention to detail and always strives to produce exceptional work.”
Isabella is also a member of the Star Stepper Dance Team, C-squared, FCCLA and the French Honor Society. She hopes to one day major in Architecture at either Texas A&M or the University of Texas.
