CTE Student of the Week: Oct. 18, 2022

Alia Thompson is the Leander ISD Career and Technical Education (CTE) student of the week.

Alia is a senior at Leander High School, and has participated in Future Health Professionals (HOSA) since freshman year. She was elected as a HOSA State Officer for the 2022-23 school year, and serves in the role of reporter.

“Alia embodies the pillars of HOSA,” Alexus Guerra, science CTE teacher at LHS, said. “She is constantly striving forward as the leader of the organization to improve it for future generations to come.”
