Senior Ben Fox from Cedar Park High School is the Leander ISD Career and Technical Education (CTE) Student of the Week.
Ben participates in the Exercise Science and Wellness CTE program at CPHS. He has participated in sports all his life, and describes himself as “passionate about working with people to directly improve their health.” He is studying in order to help people improve movement and manage pain.
Ben’s Health Science and Kinesiology teacher, Robin Spinelli, said that Ben is an excellent student.
“Ben is always collaborative and friendly, and always willing to mentor others,” Spinelli said. “He is prepared, positive, participates in discussion and is a respected role model in class.”
After graduation, Ben plans to earn a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) and sit for his National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
