The November CTE Partner of the Month is Sunnie Fox of Magnolia Realty for her invaluable support of the INCubator program at Vista Ridge High School.
INCubatoredu is a program that brings learning to life by inviting local entrepreneurs to teach business start-up skills in high school. The program is offered at both Vista Ridge and Vandegrift High School.
Since 2017, Fox has served as a champion of the program by recruiting volunteers as well as mentoring students.
“Sunnie is a valuable asset to our program,” VRHS INCubator teacher Dana Jones said. “She not only recruits volunteers, but also patiently teaches students the startup process. Her positive attitude and willingness to bring in outside expertise make her indispensable to our program.”
Jones said Fox has gone above and beyond, mentoring both INCubator and ACCELerator teams simultaneously at times. Fox is always eager to help in any way she can and has become one of Vista Ridge’s most valuable volunteers.
