From graphic design to fashion design, animation to audio and video production, the Career and Technical Education (CTE) program in Leander ISD has programs to offer artistic and digitally inclined students. The Arts, Audio/Visual (A/V) Technology and Communications cluster of programs offers education in a variety of skills and software programs.

Programs in this cluster offer several industry-based certifications including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop and Autodesk 3DS Max.

“Aside from just learning all the ins and outs of careers and how to work different things in A/V, I’ve also been certified in a lot of different programs, which has helped me be prepared to go into the workforce,” Coltyn Present, a Digital Communications CTE graduate from Vandegrift High School, said during his time in the program.
