Leander ISD is celebrating Campus Technologist Appreciation Week alongside National Information Technology Professionals Week from Sept. 16-22. The district’s campus technologists provide direct technical support every day to nearly 50,000 students and staff members.
“Our campus and district technology support staff genuinely serve and care for the clients they support,” said Matt Prause, LISD senior director of hardware and software support. “They regularly go above and beyond to provide solutions and fix technology problems, all while building relationships with campuses. I feel blessed to be able to work with these amazing people!”
LISD campus technologists assist students in taking ownership of their learning by ensuring they have the necessary working technology. All of #1LISD is thankful to our campus technologists and all our IT professionals for everything they do!
The district will feature several LISD campus technologists and other technology support staff on social media throughout the week.
