The Texas Education Agency released the State of Texas 2021–22 School Report Card for each campus. This is a report required by the Texas Legislature and prepared by the Texas Education Agency. The report provides information concerning student performance during the previous school year on the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR), as well as information on student enrollment, class size averages, and financial expenditures.

The released reports are explained in more detail below, and may be viewed on the Leander ISD website Assessment and Accountability page.

Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR)

Purpose: Contains information on the STAAR performance of students, demographic data for students and staff, information related to graduation and postsecondary readiness, and a financial report. 

A printed copy of the report for the district may be requested at the Leander ISD administration office. A copy of the campus report may be obtained, by request, from your child’s campus.

School Report Cards (SRC)

Purpose: Combines accountability ratings, information from the TAPR, and financial information to provide a comprehensive view of campus performance.

A printed copy of the school report card may also be obtained, by request, from the office of your child’s campus.

Federal Report Cards

Purpose: The Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), as amended by Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), requires each State education agency to prepare and publish an annual report card with state, district- and campus-level data.

A printed copy of the report for the district may be requested at the Leander ISD administration office. A copy of the campus report may be obtained, by request, from your child’s campus.
