Leander ISD is rolling out the red carpet for this week’s staff spotlight, Shelley Roberts.  Shelley is wonderful and dedicated principal at River Ridge Elementary.  Shelley supports the entire campus and BUILDS relationships with everyone!!!

The staff at River Ridge knows that Shelley cares about them and understands the importance of work/life balance.  All schools are stretched thin these days, but Shelley builds a community of trust, support, and love.  Joyful is a great word to describe Shelley.  River Ridge appreciates her positive outlook, her ability to make connections, and the fact that she is so much FUN!

Shelley leads by example and looks at the needs of each individual.  She is the definition of a great leader!!!  Thank you, Shelley!
