Senior Loren Jones at Vandegrift High School is the Leander ISD Career and Technical Education (CTE) Student of the Week.
Loren is an Interior Design student who has been dedicated to the Interior Design Program of Study at Vandegrift throughout high school. Loren placed 1st at the Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) Regional competition last school year for her interior design project.
Loren is currently enrolled in Practicum of Interior Design. She is currently seeking internships in the design field and working on large client projects. She plans to continue her studies in the field in college.
“We are so proud that Loren will be leading our FCCLA Chapter as President this year,” Interior Design Teacher Jodi Jacobsen said. “Loren is committed to creating smart, beautiful and meaningful work in the field of interior design.”
