With a recipe for success, this week’s Leander ISD Career and Technical Education (CTE) Student of the Week Eric Mondragon has all the main ingredients!
Eric is in his second year of the Culinary Arts program at Cedar Park High School. His teachers believe he has the drive to be successful. Eric consistently works hard to make sure he is passing his classes and regularly communicates with all of his teachers. Eric’s future looks bright!
“Always with a positive attitude, Eric is willing to pitch in whenever necessary and loves to learn,” Cedar Park HS Culinary Arts teacher Laurel Gressett said. “I am proud to have him represent CPHS Culinary Arts.”
