Parkside Elementary provides students opportunities to perform, tinker, explore and learn. During our visit, we stopped by the performing arts classroom as students planned their class plays. We heard students connect their fractions lessons to real-world applications during a math lesson. Our tour ended with student storytellers discussing their prose plans. Schools are running and thriving, thanks to amazing people in our #1LISD.
