Seventh grader Alexander Paulson from Four Points Middle School is the Leander ISD Student-Athlete of the Week.

Alexander is a member of the Falcon football, basketball and track teams, and plans on trying out for soccer this season.

Glen Bridgewaters, the FMPS Boys Athletic Coordinator, said that Alexander is a great leader among his peers and a true representation of what it means to be a student athlete.

“Alexander brings unmatched energy day in and day out. He is not only a standout athlete, but also a phenomenal student. He pushes himself as well as his teammates to be better than they were the day before,” Bridgewaters said. “His work ethic and leadership are second to none. I cannot wait to see what this young man achieves over his athletic and academic career.”

Alexander plays the baritone saxophone in FPMS’s award-winning band program, and is a member of the FPMS Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
