During the week of October 14-18, Leander ISD is celebrating the Child Nutrition Services team.

Nutritious meals are an important part of a student’s day and are directly correlated to their success in school. LISD’s Child Nutrition Services team ensures that students have access to fresh and healthy food items every day all across the district.

“Child nutrition professionals are the unsung heroes who fuel the potential and dreams of our future generation,” said Upenda Sibley, Leander ISD CNS director. “Let’s celebrate their dedication and impact during Child Nutrition Services Staff Appreciation Week. LISD CNS Warriors rock!”
