Glenn High School Senior Kaely Smith is the Leander ISD Fine Arts Student of the Week.
Kaely is the Captain of the Guardians dance team, a four-year student council member and member of the National Honor Society. Last school year, Kaely earned the Best Featured Performer accolade at the Heller Awards for Young Artists.
Guardians Director Kelly Mabry said that Kaely Smith has demonstrated exceptional dedication and achievements in both academics and fine arts.
“As the captain of our dance team, Kaely showcases remarkable leadership while maintaining an impressive academic record. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her high grades, active classroom participation and encouragement of her peers to prioritize academic success,” Mabry said. “Kaely’s versatility and determination to succeed make her a deserving candidate for recognition in the realm of Fine Arts.”
