The upcoming Destination…Life Regional Transition Fair and Conference event is designed to highlight the supports and resources that are available to individuals with disabilities as they transition from high school into adulthood. It is made possible by special educators from Leander ISD and surrounding school districts.
This year’s event will take place on Saturday, March 4 from 9 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at McNeil High School (5720 McNeil Drive, Austin, TX 78729). The Transition Fair and Conference will include multiple vendors, state and local agencies, and programs that assist students with disabilities and their families. Organizations will be available to talk about job training, living options, post-secondary education and other resources for students with disabilities from early childhood to life after high school.
