Just act natural when you see the awesomeness at Vista Ridge High School. A national awarding winning school for its Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) program, students talked to us about their college and career planning. Don’t waste your breath arguing with the Rangers because their speech and debate team is one of the best in Texas. The Rangers are busy meeting the needs of individual students, based on their learning and experiences. From social studies to math, teachers meet students where they are with resources and support. Our visit ended with the state-champion robotics program, hearing from students as they prepared their robots for competition. If you spend six minutes with us in VRHS, you’ll feel like a winner and a proud member of our #1LISD.
