Board of Trustees, Superintendent send requests to state offices regarding 2020-21 school year

We’re continuing to advocate for our teachers, staff, students, and community as we plan to launch the 2020-21 school year. Earlier today, our Board of Trustees and Superintendent sent a letter to Governor Greg Abbott, Texas Education Agency (TEA) Commissioner Mike Morath, the chairmen of the state’s public education committees, and the elected state representatives for our district.

Graduation will limit attendees, celebrate graduates with households to walk the stage at Gupton

With graduation dates coming soon, we would like to provide our graduates and families an update regarding our ceremonies. We wish we could be together, celebrating as normal as possible. Health and safety continue to be our top priorities. Due to the recent guidance by Texas Governor Greg Abbott, we will need to limit attendance to our ceremonies at 100 people or less.
