Katie Corlin always has a smile on her face while working very hard to make sure teachers and staff feel appreciated. She volunteers as a PTA Hospitality Chair at Canyon Ridge Middle School.
“Katie goes above and beyond to support our teachers, is dedicated to serving others, and is a valuable member of our PTA,” CRMS Principal Kimberly Waltmon said. “Katie serves as our teacher appreciation chair and always has a positive impact and focuses her work to better our campus for students and staff. We truly appreciate all that she does for CRMS!”
Katie helps out with Teacher Appreciation, Coffee Cart, luncheons, Christmas Cookie Exchange, and athletic boosters. She also organizes events, sets up parent donations and community partners to ensure their success.
Because of her unwavering dedication in service to students, Leander ISD recognizes Katie Corlin as Volunteer of the Week.
